This installer contains real video-converter for remaking original game video (jam- & vag-files) into bink-format, and also BinkBO32.dll, which realizes bink-support in the game.
The latest patch for BO1 is already added.

Instruction:
1. install the game (perhaps, using CubanRaul's installer to avoid any problems);
2. download and run this converter (note that it is needed about 2 hours to convert all video-files!), installing it into the folder you installed game (note that in the subfolder KAIN should lie original jam-files!);
3. now you can play in BO1 under Windows-7 without any problems with video.

| | Bink-support for BO1 (Video-Patch)
This installer contains video-converter for remaking original game video (jam- & vag-files) into bink-format (video-files were extracted from BO1-PS and converted into bink), and also BinkBO32.dll, which realizes bink-support in the game.
The latest patch for BO1 is already added.

This archive contains only files for bink-support
(i.e. 2 dll's, HQ-filter & updated kain.exe).
If you have cd BO1-PS and can convert video into bink by yourself, you just need to copy files from this archive into the folder you installed game and add into subfolder KAIN your bink-video.

|  | Bink-support for SR1 (Video-Patch)
This installer contains video-patch for remaking original game video (rpl-files) into bink-format (video-files were extracted from SR1-PS and SR1-PS2 and converted into bink), and also the new version (1.0.0.3) of winplay.dll, which realizes bink-support in the game.
The official and all unofficial patches for SR1 is already added.
Bonuses:
1. Booster's bink-player and converter bink to avi;
2. fix for skipping movies only by Esc (it is needed for joypads);
3. now cheat-code 16443 (early - 'Hurt Raziel') activates the main debug menu which also contains 'Fly Mode' - it is updated VampMaster's 'Swim Mode' (now you can swim/fly in the spectral realm and without Swim Ability).
Instruction:
1. install the game;
2. copy the movies (the rpl files) from cd to the same directory as kain2.exe;
(note: if you copy files from cd by using Explorer, you need to uncheck Read Only Mode for these files, - for that select all rpl-files in the game folder, Right Click on them and choose Properties. In the Properties window uncheck box for Read Only Attribute of files).
3. download and run this patch, installing it into the folder you installed game;
4. now you can play in SR1 without any problems with video.

This archive contains only files for bink-support
(i.e. new winplay.dll v.1.0.0.2 and binkw32.dll).

IV. OTHERS: | Fix for any kain2.exe (SR1-Hook support)
This fix may be applied on any uncompressed version of kain2.exe v.1.2 (i.e. which has size 1,080,832 bytes) to realize support of SR1-Hook.dll.

Tos wrote: "I've made a quick hack to fix the stretch-o-vision in Soul Reaver 1 when playing in widescreen resolutions, and to allow changing the game's default framerate cap of 30 FPS to something a little less headache-inducing.
Just extract the files from archive to the game folder. You don't need to do anything other than select a widescreen resolution in the configuration dialog - it will work automatically once this is installed.
The framerate cap can be changed in the .ini file (it's set to 60 FPS by default). I wouldn't recommend setting it much higher because the game will start behaving oddly. 60 FPS works mostly normally, though I've noticed that Raziel can jump slightly higher than usual. You can also enable debug keys in the .ini to speed up game time (useful for cutscenes you've seen a million times), possess monsters or show the debug menu."

| | Fix for kain2.exe (unskipping cutscenes)
This patch allows skip cutscenes by pressing Esc (and only - i.e. fix for gamepads when the game still detects slight jitter as input which affects movie skipping).
